Dei-Teas

One of my last college illustration class assignments! We were tasked with creating a label for either a coffee or tea brand, which is how I found Magic Hour Teas-- a company that already has absolutely gorgeous branding. I chose to theme my label after mythical deities, making dei-TEAS! I took inspiration from the art nouveau/art deco style Magic Hour already plays with, as well as J.C. Leyendecker's gorgeous style to create this design of Demeter. I had an absolute blast researching for this assignment as I LOVE mythologies from all cultures, and had even more fun matching up each goddess in my thumbnails with their appropriate tea flavors! Truly a tea lover's dream. I'm excited to revisit these thumbnails to bring more of them to completion after graduation!
